A photo and an address are usually all it takes to price a wash. Nobody has to come out first for most houses, driveways and decks, and the quote costs nothing.
How the number works is simple. Every job is priced in writing before we start, by the surface and its size, from a photo or a quick walk-around. A single-story brick ranch with a short driveway is a different job than a two-story vinyl house with a long, shaded drive and a deck out back, and the quote reflects what is actually there.
Tell us what needs washing
On the form, list the surfaces: siding, roof, driveway, walks, patio, deck, fence, gutters. Add the town and street. If you can, attach one photo of each area from far enough back to show the whole thing, plus a close-up of the worst spot.
Say what kind of siding or roof it is if you know: vinyl, brick, painted wood, architectural shingles. Mention anything we should watch for, like a fish pond by the patio, a garden bed you care about, or a dog that needs to stay inside. If you want to read up first, here is how we handle each one.
What happens next
We look at the photos and reply with a written price for each surface, so you can pick and choose. We work Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm, and answer quote requests the same day. If the photos leave a question, we ask it instead of padding the number. A few jobs, like a steep roof or a deck we cannot see well, get a quick walk-around before the price is final. Once you say yes, we set a day. Spring fills fastest because of the pollen, so earlier asks get earlier dates. On the day, the crew covers the plants, does the work, rinses everything down and walks it with you before leaving.
